Clustered systems, ek aise computing system hai jisme multiple independent servers ya nodes ek saath kaam karte hai. Ye nodes ek cluster ke roop mein jude hote hai aur ek saath coordinated tarike se kaam karte hai.

Clustered systems ke do pramukh prakar hote hai:

  1. High Availability (HA) Clusters: High availability clusters ka uddeshya hota hai uninterrupted service pradan karna. Isme multiple nodes hote hai jo ek dusre ke backup ke roop mein kaam karte hai. Agar kisi node mein kharabi aati hai, to dusra node uska sthan lekar kaam ko sambhalta hai, jisse service continuity bani rahti hai. Isme failover mechanisms ka istemal hota hai, jisse agar ek node fail ho jaaye to dusra node automatic tarike se uska sthan le leta hai.
